My name is Chloe Bechus. I’m 25 years old and proud to represent my Lebanese roots as a descendant of the Bechus and Magua families. Professionally, I work as a Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant. Spiritually, I am a devoted Maronite Catholic, guided by the values of faith, family, and resilience—values passed down through generations.
Artistically, I express myself through the graceful art of belly dancing — a rhythmic tribute to the richness of our heritage — and through my love for poetry, where words become a quiet reflection of emotion, identity, and soul. My family lies at the heart of everything I do. It’s the sense of belonging that teaches you who you are before the world ever does.
In my Lebanese heritage, family means loyalty without condition, a foundation that steadies you, and a legacy you carry with pride. Being Lebanese means more than lineage; it is a deep-rooted connection to tradition, strength, and beauty. It’s the pride of belonging to a people whose history runs deep, and whose spirit always rises.
It is an incredible honour to stand alongside such inspiring women as part of Miss Lebanon South Africa 2025. I look forward to celebrating our culture, connecting with the youth, and embracing this journey with grace and pride.
